I am also a strong supporter of women being educated as education is knowledge and knowledge is power. An educated woman has a better chance of making better decisions for her livelihood and as the saying goes “When you educate a woman, you educate a village”.  Today I celebrate my mom and all the amazing women in my life like my sisters, aunts, cousins and women I have encountered overtime who work hard as wives, mothers, sisters, daughters, nieces and friends and more. You all deserve the very best in life and keep doing what you do! This one is for all of you! Before writing this post I was trying to think of things we as a society in general either need to enhance or completely eradicate as seen below:

In honor of today, I have picked three articles and/or stories that I found interesting to read that I hope would either inspire you about a woman or women or that will change your views and allow you to be more open minded to see and accept women as humans with feelings, emotions and rights. Feel free to read and share as sharing is caring!  🙂

Click on any one of the 3 images above and below to take you to an inspiring/informative website/blog:

Thank you for stopping by and reading this. What does International Women’s Day mean to you? xoxo… ME

    Oh Mbole, the very HotJem,
you are a woman’s woman for highlighting us like this, I am honored and deeply moved, I have no words indeed. Thank you for noticing the steps we are all taking in our own way to Positively Enrich our lives, which is the brand message of my endeavors, existence and projects, how can I positively enrich myself, my family, my community, and the world at large. I started reaching out to share my heart with the world through my blog pearlsofourlives.com as you have highlighted, timidly at first, cause I didn’t know who would wanna know what I think, I was afraid, but more afraid if I didn’t obey my spirit’s call to have my voice heard. Slowly my confidence grew and I shared more with the world through my Daily Pearls, Motivational Speaking seminars, my poetry, and this year adding my YouTube, Channel Pearls of Our Lives where I now record my video Pearls. This journey continues, and through the other projects I have working on which I will share soon, and take the movement for empowering women and children to a higher level of results. Thank you for spreading the word of our work.

Happy Women’s Day to you and all the fabulous women in the world

Women have contributed, are contributing and have a milestone of contributing positively to what the world is today; they are the backbone of society, the bearers of children, the future! Happy women day to all you wonderful women out there.
