Someone we didn’t think would be a part of this years celebrity Halloween frenzy is Justin Beiber who dressed up as Will Ferrell as seen in the photo above. He went all out and this was hands down on of the most talked about Halloween looks this year. His look was on point from head to toe. Only thing is Will doesnt have tatoos on his arm but I will still give Justin a 10/10 in nailing it down to the details!
Kylie’s Halloween outfit above is actually one of my favorites. I can see her wearing this on a normal day and not only for Halloween!

One of my favorite things about Halloween is the make-up… especially the grotesque and bloody looking make-up to mimick some of our famous scary characters! I’ve always been fascinated by how make-up artists can make a normal face look so scary or grotesque with make up! No exception is the talented Make-up artist from Cameroon – Lelio Achanga who can skillfully delivery such a desired effects. I really admire her work and wish she were here in the US every Halloween to turn me into a scary monster! Great job on this years look for Halloween! Look at the make up she did for her self for this Halloween season!
