RULES OF THE 22/30 WORKOUT CHALLENGE:
- COMMITMENT, COMMITMENT, COMMITMENT!!!!
- You must do 22 workouts (1 workout per day) for a minimum of 45 minutes per workout session in 30 days. If you do more than 22 in thirty days, then KUDOS to you as you are already on the road to success!!
