Ada threw an unprecedented performance and surprised everyone as she went on and performed even when there was a down pour of rain which began later on as she performed. This shocked many and pleasantly surprised her fans as many thought the concert had gone south with the downpour and would end because of it but it did not!
Her passion for music and the love for her fans was obvious and her act reminded me of the time when the legendary Diana Ross made news because she performed under the rain during her performance in Central Park, New York back many years ago, which turned out to be her most memorable performance in her career. This is almost the impact Ada had with those who watched her sing under the rain.
She stayed in the rain all through, something very few artists wouldhave done. She proved why she has been and is celebrated by many. She insisted the concert was all about “Jesus” and not her and went ahead to lead many to Christ as was one of the core goals of the concert according to her. She also posed for 1:1 shots and selfies with many attendees of her concert (another act that many artists do not do during concerts). This once again, showed the world why she is loved by many.
