Akon Explains Why He Has So Many Children

Akon has revealed in an interview that he has nine children with different women. He also said that he loves when people have to guess the number of wives he has. He went on to confirm that he has four wives and all of them live in America, though they’re not married in court as the American culture doesn’t accept that.

He added that he doesn’t marry his wives in court, as he rather marries them in church because that’s acceptable with the Muslim culture. According to Akon, all his wives are very okay with the situation and it is not new to any of them culturally. He went on to further reveal that he has 15 mansions across the world, which includes five in America.

When compared with Nick Cannon, Akon said he thinks Nick will have more kids than him! The Senegalese singer and entrepreneur confirmed that he’s back in the music scene. He highlighted that he is just coming back to the music scene now to have fun, unlike before when there was no time for all that.
