In 2019, Judith Kanayo aka Judikay who’s known by many as the most phenomenal Nigerian gospel singer of her time, released an album she titled “Man of Galilee”. The album has just in one year gone global and viral. The album is rich and very dynamic and contains 14 songs, most of them which are hits. In all, there is no song on this album that can be savoured with a lukewarm feeling. Songs from her album like – Capable God, songs of Angels, More than Gold, Yes Lord are all hit songs from the album.
Despite this year starting in many shambles, plagued with the COVID-19 drama, Mercy Chinwo came through with one of the most talked about and possibly the finest Afrocentric album this year. The album is called “Satisfied” possibly because she is satisfied with the works of God in her life.
