Askia Addresses Bleached Skin Controversy In New Freestyle Track . Listen To “la Reine”

Cameroonain female rapper Askia, has just released a freestyle track and she’s got people talking. The award nominated female Emcee addresed her skin bleaching controversy on the Drae Boi produced beat. “Inside all man weh don bleach, why my own di over hot your head” she said in pidgin which be roughly translated to English as “Amongst everyone who has bleached their skin, why does my case ache you?”. Askia is one amongst a number of Cameroonian showbiz personalities who have been heavily criticized for bleaching their skin but the “No Worry Me” rapper seems not to bother.
