Beyoncé’s “Formation” triumphed at last night’s 2016 MTV Video Music Awards (VMA’s), picking up six Moonmen. Queen Bee further copped two awards for her visual album Lemonade, even passing Madonna for the most Moonmen of all time. Before Sunday night (Aug. 28), Beyonce had 16 Moonmen and Madonna had 20. But Beyonce’s six awards put her over the top.
Rihanna after delivering three amazing performances, took home the coveted Video Vanguard Award.
