Bigi Ransom aka Bigi, is a Songwriter, Producer and Singer from the NW Region of Cameroon, who has a secret to share with his fans as he unveils his first ever official project – an EP called PAST-PRESENT-NEVER. The EP paints an audio picture of his journey from when he started dabbling with FL Studio until now.
Bigi uses love stories to express his experiences in life. He sings of his relationships with God, women and even family. The sound is influenced by so many genres from across the globe, including American Pop, French Folkloric Music, Cameroonian Folklore, World Music and African Urban Music.
“These are songs I originally didn’t have the courage to share with anyone”, says Bigi. But the birth of his son (who features on the album), among other things, inspired him to release this EP. This also inspired the project’s title. The resulting project is a sincere, sensuous, original mix of songs about love and the lack of it, like You Smile, No Love feat. Ardson and Soung La Meh.
The songs were all written, recorded and produced by Day29, of FonHaus Music.
