This one right here is Cameroon’s biggest problem i.e. good customer service.
Reaching out to the team only for them to get back to you after weeks or days is not a bet. Once contact information for Biggy 237 has been displayed on their social media outlets for people to use to contact the Biggy 237 the team, they should have designated people employed to respond quickly to inquiries or anyone trying to contact them.
There should be no days or weeks of waiting before someone from the Biggy team follows up on emails, messages or whatever mode of contact they provided to the public. You can’t be such a big platform that you are envisioning to be and be neglecting the ways in which most people can reach you through.
Whether its Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or WhatsApp, if you have made people to that know they can reach you through all these platforms, make sure you are always ready, available and prompt in reaching back to them or you might miss some important opportunities.
All in all, the Biggy 237 project is a big project that needs Cameroonian’s to not only provide constructive criticism but also support in any way they can. The team did their best at the launch and they will get better with helpful honest opinions and not just silly complains without any helpful suggestions on how to help them grow. The good thing is that the team does not seem to neglect corrections… they have been taking every bit of it.
