Hi Darlings!! I’ve been MIA for a bit but I would rather post something up when I have enough to talk about (I will keep it sweet and simple)! So ever since I started the 22/30 Workout Challenge on May 10th, I posted it on my FB Profile for my friends to see and so far I have a group of wonderful ladies who have been doing this challenge aggressively! I have to admit that they have put me on my toes as I feel as if I can’t have any excuses to not exercise on any given day!!
On Thursday when I was on Workout # 21 out of 22, I couldn’t wait for Friday (June 6th) to come so that I could be done with this Challenge!! Believe it or not, last week Wednesday and Thursday, I did two full workouts (45 minutes +) two days in a row. So I worked out in the morning and then worked out in the evening after work for two days straight so technically I have done a total 24 workouts (all done in 28 days) and could have stopped on Wednesday June 4th but since I am leading a group of amazing ladies doing this 22/30 Challenge and some people started a few days after I did, I feel the need to continue the Challenge until the end of the working week! I have to say that I have lost some weight and I feel my clothes fitting better than they did in April which is always a plus and I feel GREAAAAAAT!!!
What made this challenge fun is the fact that all the ladies participating have goals and we update each other via FB messaging everyday and we send selfies every time we are working out. Most of us are very busy professionals during the day with a heavy schedule so the support is very helpful and I have already seen some physical changes in all of them! So the challenges do work!! I even took some GYMfies of myself!!! Here are a few for fun sakes!
