Congelese artist Elie Solo’s long awaited album called C’est Mon Tour was released on October 5th, 2018 on major online platforms. The young and very talented artist from Kinshasa who was discovered by and is signed to BGC Melody (a Cameroonian owned record label belonging to Barthson Global Communication) has been working hard behind the scenes with various in house music producers (under BGC Melody’s umbrella) and beat makers to make this album happen! Elie who had been playing music locally with his band in Congo, was recently discovered by BGC Melody in late 2017.
Eager and hungry to take his music career to the next level, Elie kept showcasing his talent and work as a musician to the BGC Melody team after they first discovered him and as they say being patient and persistent pays off especially when there is talent and/or skills added to the mix, resulting in this great union between Elie and BGC Melody and they have since never looked back. With the release of his first song/video called Ewawa (a song which shows off the the real RUMBA of the Congo, with magic words and mysterious emotions), it’s an enjoyable song that will make you want to get up and dance.
A reliable source told The HotJem that Elie’s album has been ready for a little while now and that he was so excited about this album that if it was up to him, it would have been released a month or two ago. The album which was already available on iTunes for re-order prior to the release date of October 5th, is now available on iTunes, Google Play, MTN and other major online platforms so go and check if out as there is a song for everyone.
