Drink a lot of water during your workouts to stay hydrated and throughout the day.
Stay away from carbonated drinks such as Soda’s and juices with a lot of sugar.
Tell a friend that you are doing this challenge so that you feel responsible and obligated to do it as they would be expecting to see results if you are doing the challenge correctly and are true to yourself. I always advise people to workout in teams or groups of friends who can motivate each other and this is friendly competition!!
Invest in an iPod of mp3 player. Working out and exercising should be fun and not a burden and listening to your favorite songs while exercising definitely makes the time go by quickly!! I have an iPod and I have different favorite songs that I save as my Playlists and my goal is to usually go through every song before I end my workout for the day. So I tend to have about 10-12 songs (each are about 3-4 minutes long) and once the last song comes on, then I know I have worked out for about 35-40 minutes. The great thing about this is that since I love all the songs, I am sometimes upset when that last song comes up! Sooo ALWAYS play what you like and keep the music fast and lively!
Everyone can do this. Most cellphones now have apps which allow you to download music (some for free) so there is no excuse to not take advantage of this if money is an issue and cannot afford to buy and iPod or mp3 player.
