- Yogurt helps moisturize your skin. It can rejuvenate any dull skin on your face and save you’re the money and stress of looking for and buying other beauty products. All you have to do is wash your face then apply yogurt and leave it for about 10 minutes then rinse off. The lactic acid, a natural alpha hydroxy acid, in the yogurt helps smooth and exfoliate skin. Make sure to use a thick kind with active cultures for the ultimate beauty benefits.
- Secondly yogurt helps fight acne. It contains anti-bacterial and anti-fungus properties which will help get rid of those pimples. Just rub yogurt on all the areas will acne leave for 30mins then rinse off.
- Also yogurt has mild bleaching powers which can help reduce discoloration. Yogurt is the solution for a lighter and even color it’s just they remedy you need for your face. Reduce them just by rubbing a few tablespoons of yogurt mixed with a squeeze of lemon juice onto skin for 30 minutes, and then rinsing off the mixture. Repeat three times a week.
- With yogurt it helps slow down the wrinkles and fine lines for a while. Wrinkles are natural but that doesn’t mean that you cannot delay them. Yogurt contains lactic acid which will help to eliminate all the dead cells and tighten your pores. Yogurt makes everything possible, all you have to do is add a tablespoon of olive oil to three to four tablespoons of yogurt. Apply the mixture to your face for about 30 minutes, three times a week.
- It also helps cure all sunburn, the zinc found in the yogurt helps cool off the harsh bite from the sun. Add a few drops of soothing chamomile essential oil to about a handful of organic yogurt. Rub the calming concoction over your sunburned skin and let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes before rinsing it off.
I hope these tips help you the same way it has helped me. Not everybody’s skin accepts the use of yogurt so if your skin starts breaking out, please stop immediately.
