It is not even February and the female artists in Cameroon seem to be leading when it comes to the music scene and are starting the year with a bang. Or not? 🤔 Earlier this week, pop princess Daphne of Steven’s Music Entertainment announced the upcoming release of two new songs (one called Alleluia) and video, set to be released on January 31st. Now the beautiful pop singer Ewube who is signed to Omega Records, has also announced the release of her latest single and first song of the year called CHÉRIE COCO.
This time around, Ewube teams up with a producer she has never worked with before so we know she’s on to something as Chérie Coco was produced by the one and only CFX aka “CFX on the track” his stamp as heard in every song he produces. Like some of Cameroon’s top hit makers, we already know that this track will be LIT. So wait for it.
Ever since the release of her song called featuring Locko which was in our opinion her most liked song to date (feel free to oppose), she has enjoyed some of the glories that come with a successful hit song. With more attention on her, we also that in 2018 Ewube was more visible with more of a social media presence than before. We hope she keeps this momentum up as her time is now and when you have a song produced by a hit maker like CFX you have no choice but to level up your game.
Chérie Coco (the song) is scheduled to be released on many major online platforms (Google Play, iTunes and many more) on February 1st. Not date has been announced yet for the release of the video to the song but I’m sure she’s already on it and until then we will vibe to the the song.
