Wizkid is an inspiration to a host of Nigerian and African musicians, given his run of successes with his music career. Wizkid entered the Guinness World Records when “One Dance ” by Drake featuring Wizkid, became the first song to hit one billion streams on Spotify.
3. Rema:
Rema’s “Calm Down” has seen the young Mavin Records signee, enter the Guinness World Records as it became one of the highest charting songs since being released in 2022. The song made it to the Guinness World Records, making Rema the first artist to secure the first number 1 hit on the world’s first regional streaming chart and first ever MENA (Middle Eastern and North Africa) chart.
