Former General Manager Of Crtv Gervais MendozÉ Dead At 76

Former CRTV manager general manager Gervais Mendoze spent his last days in France getting treatment where he died. It is unclear what his illness was, but what we know is prior to going for treatment in France, he was sentenced to 20 years in prison by the Special Criminal Court in 2019 which he was serving and was later pardoned by President Paul Biya in March 2021.

After his pardoning, Mendoze was immediately was sent to France for treatment. Videos of the former general manager looking weak and being spoon fed had been circulating on social media in earlier this year. He died at age 76.
