If there is one thing Daphne has done everytime, it would be uniquely and consistently staying ahead of many of her colleagues and on her lane too. Just a few days ago, she announced that she now owns a house and now also has tenants, which makes her a homeowner and landlord. This is a strategic and smart move as real estate is the real deal when it comes to building wealth.
Many artists especially those in Cameroon, cannot at this point get rich only from music and to live a financially fruitful life, they need to acquire other ventures that can bring in money. Especially if they are not one of the top artists in teh country or have “Daphne status” as Daphne is one of the few lucky artist who gets booked to sold out shows in French Africa as French Africa lover her as must as her own fellow Cameroonians and maybe even more. (Congo, Ivory Coast, etc). only
Very few artists from Cameroon can boast of that milestone (of owning a home) in Cameroon. Daphne has indeed always repelled positive energy.
