The American singer and her lawyers appealed the judge’s decision last month to keep her recording contract with song producer Dr Luke, arguing that it denied Kasha’s request for an injunction on her recording contract to release music outside the producer’s authority is in the likes of slavery.
The court argued that Kesha could still work with Dr Luke’s companies without his interference. The singers lawyers disputed the judge’s opinion that no harm had be done to her career by saying that her fame will fade quickly and permanently due to loss of momentum.
