Happy Birthday Lauryn Hill. The former member of The Fugees turns 44 years old today.

Hard to believe since she looks like she’s in her twenties. Who remembers all the Grammy Awards she won for her multi-platinum album “The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill” and the joy it brought to hip-hop lovers who appreciated eclectic music as well? The album had hit after hit after hit. At the age of 23, Lauryn was so much ahead of her time musically. The type of music and messages conveyed in her music back in 1998 is what many artists are still struggling to do now. That one album went through the test of time and it’s still a classic and twenty years later, it is still played by many who were not even born when the album was relesead.
