Defensive lineman Ndamukong Suh wins his first Super Bowl championship after being a member of the Los Angeles Rams team that suffered a 13-3 loss to Brady and New England Patriot in Super Bowl 53 in 2019. Brady won his seventh Super Bowl title and was named MVP of Super Bowl 55 with his Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but the biggest star of the game was the Buccaneers’ defense.
Suh and the Tampa Bay defense completely shut down the high-scoring Kansas City offense throughout the game. The Cameroonian recorded a ground breaking record of 1.5 sacks of the Buccaneers’ three sacks in the game.
Ndamukong Suh finished his second year with the Buccaneers after signing a one-year $8 million contract in 2020.
