The Nestlé Nutrition Institute (NNI) under the theme “Advancing science for a better nutrition” organized an African Nutrition Course for pediatricians (CANUP) from February 26-27, at the Mboppi Baptist Hospital in Douala, Cameroon.
Amongst the few Cameroonian blogs invited to be a part of the training, is Cameroon’s #1 go-to Pan-African media outlet The HotJem.
The course which was aimed at training medical personnel (pediatricians) and other influential women, was launched back in 2011 initially for pediatricians only, but by 2016, the narrative had changed and it was involving midwives and other influencing women.
