M-Pro’s last single “Gate” was released more than a year ago. In the year since, he has taken out time to finish school and concentrate on developing his writing skills, dabbled into production and created a completely new style to reintroduce himself to the music world.
Followers of the Cameroon music scene will be excited to see the next chapter of this prodigy who first came out in 2016 with the single “Didong” followed by the fan favorite “Showbiz”.
“Young, Wild and Free (YWNF)”is a collaborative effort between M-Pro and ace producer Sango Ediwho co-wrote the song. The track is a blend of Afro Trapwith elements of Makossaaccompanied by a rumba baseline.M-Pro shows a lot of growth in his delivery and lots of maturity in his writing singing:
“…ce soir ilya les jolie dames…ce soironest làpour déranger…on est jeune sauvage est libre…we are young wild and free…”
To add some more excitementto the track, M-Protaps pro DJ, Sangokou, to wrap offthe track with a melodious “atalaku”that will leave you wanting more.

Director Chuzihbrought the song to life with exceptional fun visuals that clearly depicts the essence of being Young Wild and Free. “#YWNF” will be released on Thursday August 29th and will be available on all SME digital platforms and on all major digital distribution channels (YouTube, iTunes, Google Play, Spotify etc.) “#YWNF” was Composed/Written by M-Pro and Sango Edi,Produced, Mixed and mastered by Sango Edi.
