“Talla”, the track title, is a play on the sample artists name. Like he says in the song, “Time wey we be dey small the way we be di sing di song e be funny …TaLLa…”. The song contains samples of the 1992 hit “Bend Skin” by Tala A. Marie and the track is produced by T-Man Nation and the video is directed by Dr Nkeng Stephens. This video is sure to go down as one of Dr. Nkeng’s best work for 2018; incorporating urban scenes and traditional settings to deliver a beautiful visual.
