THJ was excited to see what she was up to for Halloween 2016 and so we reached out to her and asked Lelio what she had planned for this years Halloween makeup theme, here is what the VERY modest Lelio has to say “Those are the looks I created for Halloween this year. I decided to go comic in some and spooky in others. Not the best of what I had in mind… but they are better than not trying at all.”
