Our Song Of The Day is called “Mek that tin juh end“. The artist who sang this goes by the name of Spirit-T and in January 2018, he released this single “Mek that tin juh end“. The video for the song was released in June and has since caught The HotJem’s attention. Mek that tin juh end is a phrase in Pidgin English that means “Let that thing just end” or if you want to be more sarcastic the way it seems to be used in the song, it could also translated into English as “Let all that nonsense end“!
The video was directed by Akuchu who did a pretty good job in creating simple visuals that go with the songs message and as you can see it’s a funny video where Spirit-T is singing about all the shenanigans that happen on Social Media like the fake”ness” and shadiness that takes place on Facebook.

For example, in his song he mentions ‘people like your posts (as in Facebook posts) but you want to don’t like their posts so all this ‘nonsense’ should end as in we need to reciprocate the action“. He also sarcastically addresses those people who’s lives are an open book and who go on Facebook and tell every details of their everyday life such as when they are eating and using the toilet!!
