Much has been said about the present Anglophone problem and its emanated solutions. But what about those people who had little or nothing to do with it, had little or no role to play in it, those who found themselves ‘like Salatiel‘ in the flow (crowd) and suffered even much more than the ‘marionettists‘? What about them? Those who went as far as losing sons, brothers, friends, loved ones… Salatiel looks at the picture through a hand lens of love which brings hope. I would pray not to pass if I had a wife and a kid behind Lord knows best and these images just convey a spiral of heart warming over whelming emotions where in lies the stories of many.
Nkeng Stephens who directed the video is known for doing short films and succeeds in painting the words out of Salatiel’s poetry to a granulated sugar level of visual sweetness and emotional aromatic splendor.
