New Bell Music over the years faced a lot of crises that if it is still strong and firm, then it is thanks to the foundation Jovi laid. As a young ambitious artist/rapper on the spotlight at the time, struggling to protect his vision and execute his mission successfully, Jovi had with him talented signees/employees who at the time believed their future was with the label.
As time went by, some of these signees felt unused and misused by the label and had to quit. While they had quit, others stayed put and stood the trial times with the label. New Bell Music had: Reniss, Pascal, Tilla Tifari, and Tata Lunga
These were all the future of the label but as you’d expect, crises were normally bound to occur. One of the biggest challenges could have been losing Tilla but the one that shocked everyone was the exit of Pascal.
