The Corporate Women in Leadership Summit Announces its 5th Edition Inspired by this year’s International Women’s day theme, the Corporate Women in Leadership Summit announces its 5th Edition under the theme, “She transforms her: Balance for better”.
This summit has been scheduled to take place on Thursday, March 14th, 2019 at Starland Hotel, Bonapriso Douala from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. This year, the conference focuses on emphasizing the importance of direct mentoring relationships as a prerequisite to career growth and positive transformation.
The Corporate Women in Leadership Summit recognizes the innovator in women and seeks to encourage them to take up lead roles in the corporate world. This edition of the conference emphasizes the relevance of workplace balance for better performance and output.
Over the years, the conference has become a pan-African movement with past editions in Gabon and Cote D’Ivoire respectively impacting over 500 working women (and men). The speakers of this year’s conference like past edition speakers have a rich working profile and knowledge of career defining strategies that will add great value to participants.
The conference will be divided into two panels discussions with each panel focusing on a different angle of the theme. A mentor-mentee program will be set up post event to give interested participants a chance to be mentored by a speaker of their choice. Participants of this year’s conference have a chance to register for a Masterclass with one of Africa’s top PR woman and CEO of FabAfriq Magazine, Adeline Sede Kamga.
