Hi everyone! I hope you all were able to keep up with the 22/30 workout Challenge and the What’s the 411 Workout Challenge! If you stuck to them and also watched your food intake carefully you should see some sort of results by now. I plan to do some future posts on healthy food options for you to consider while you’re incorporating your workouts and increasing your activity level.
The reason I am going back to mentioning the both challenges is because if you set goals for yourself and challenge yourself to something new and something you haven’t done before which is harder than you are used to like exercising and watching what you eat by practicing healthier eating habits, you will see some changes. I always tell people that your mind is your biggest asset and if you put your mind to anything you will achieve it. As mentioned above, there were times I didn’t feel like working out after a long day at work, but when my friends who were sending selfies during the day of themselves working out, there was no way I could resist as I didn’t want to be left behind!

So if they could do it then I had NO excuse to Get Up and Move and we’re talking about ladies who are Nurses, Pharmacists, Managers, who work 7 days straight and/or overnight and they still found the time to workout!!! I asked them to send some pictures of themselves for me to post and in December I will post their after pictures! I cant wait!!! xoxo…M.E
