When you look at Nigerian actress Kate Henshaw, then you understand why they say that “black don’t crack”! Henshaw who just turned 50 looks amazing. She is redefining that 50 is the new 30! Of course, it helps to live a healthy lifestyle of self care, having good mental health and eating the right foods.
