Over the last few months, she gradually emerged and has since been hinting her fans to expect something fresh and new from her. That is, the new Toki. Not only has she served us with some spanking new music, she has served us with her new name as she is now officially using Toki Lala as her stage name.

When Toki started her music career she went by the stage name Tokee Lala (with the double “e”). The name was later changed to Lala or simply Miss OK by her then record label. Now its back to Toki Lala. Between you and I the name Tokee Lala was my preference so a slight change in the spelling of her name from Tokee to Toki is OK since it is still pronounced the same way. Besides we love her for the person she is and not because of the name.
Real Love is a song with a simple message that if a person loves you, they will love you with all your imperfections and as you are an don’t because of your money or your body. She sends this message across in the chorus of the song which goes like this:
“Person wey yi love you, love you witi your dottieee, not witi you money or witi your body
