Cameroonian celebrity makeup artist Lelio Achanga is at it again! She is known for her amazing ability to transform faces and body parts into grotesque looking appearances that makes us say Oh Wow! Here are a couple of our favorites of her scariest looks for Halloween 2016 which is her favorite time of the year as she gets to test her ability and be as creative as she wants when creating Halloween worthy “facial” makeovers. She travels around Cameroon where she offers her services as a Makeup artist to artists, movie sets and has done make up for various people in the entertainment business and celebrities such as singer Daphne and many more.
