Since the rise of YouTube, most TV series have gradually moved to web series for easy streams and access. We take a look at two comedic pairs, who are keeping us entertained on the web. There are many other comedians to look at, but let’s talk about the most trending ones and possible reasons why they are trending.
1) Ulrich Takam and Joys sa’a of “Les Délires de Takam”. Les Délires de Takam is a Francophone web series which is made up of two young and vibrant Cameroonian comedians who can be credited for the rise of many other comedians across the national territory. Ulrich Takam is a born comedian to begin with and just setting eyes on him alone can make one just burst into laughter. But what about his pairing with Joys sa’a? Such pairing which appears so natural doesn’t come by everyday. Joys has been an incredible addition to Ulrich’s comedy project. They are currently on season 3 of this project and their project did not become what it is overnight. Les Délires de Takam is arguably the best and why not the most entertaining web series in the Francophone part of the country. With over 330k subscribers on YouTube, it tells you why almost everyone wants to be on their comedy project. Their consistency and relevance has made them irresistible, which is the reason why other influencers are tagging along. Ulrich and Joys sa’a are known for the slang “Bimoule D’abord”.

2) Mbeng Lilian and Lovert Lambe of Capees Comedy World. It has not been long since both paired their mental devices to hop into this adventure and boy are they flying right at the stratosphere. Their rise in the Anglophone part of Cameroon couldn’t go unnoticed and their level of creativity, consistency, realness and unclassified humor has been what is keeping their fans and viewers glued to their YouTube channel lately.Without any filter, they are currently the most talked about comedy duo in the Anglophone region. Their level of professionalism and delivery has been top-notch. Without withstanding, the level of support they’ve received from the masses is proof that when it’s good, it’s good. They are keeping the pace and from the looks of things, they won’t run out of ideas anytime soon! They are growing in an unpredictable manner but in the right direction anyways. They are already portrayed as a very loyal couple despite everything they face. Their saying “Ma Massa / you dong marret?” is becoming a household slang.
