With the outbreak of the deadly coronavirus that has not only hit the world but has claimed a lot of lives, there was bound to be a way out f this and the only possible and known way was by finding a cure to this deadly virus.
President Rajoelina launches herbal drink
There have been many attempts to come up with a cure for the virus but none had been recorded yet, before the invention of “Covid Organics“.
Covid Organics is a herbal drink approved by President Andry Rajoelina as the treatment of COVID-19. He consumed it himself and believed that be herbal drink is exactly what the world need to beat the novel corona virus.
Covid Organics has been trending for a while now as it’s been considered by the Malagasy as the cure for COVID-19. This treatment made from a plant – Atemesia has reportedly cured people on Madagascar where is was invented. The international health body – The World Health Organization (WHO) have kicked against it as it believes It’s effectiveness is not scientifically proven, but that hasn’t stopped Madagascar in anyway. Président Rajoelina rather imposed the consumption of this liquid by every inhabitant in his country. The number of cases in his country have reportedly dropped with no lives lost so far.
Some African countries have joined the race to adopt this treatment from Madagascar with Equatorial Guinea, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Sénégal and Tanzania all making demands.However, it’s been the President of Madagascar who’s been headlining the drug, but there is a main brain behind the invention of Covid Organics which you should know. His name is Jérôme Muyangi.
The young vibrant African Muyangi who is known for inventing the treatment of Malaria in his home country – Congo has been the one behind the Covid Organics. After discovering Artemesia which is the cure of a deadly malaria disease, he was force to flee his country following threats.

Doctor Jérôme is of Congolese descent but based in Madagascar. He graduated after studying Medicine at the University of Kinshasa, he obtained a Master at Paris Diderot University and another at the University of Ottawa.
In 2011, he was recruited by the WHO as a researcher on neglected tropical diseases. He has been working for 6 years now on an alternative treatment against plant-based malaria in the DRC, the third African country most affected by this disease, after Nigeria and Mozambique. His research shows the effectiveness of the treatment with Artemisia, a plant with which the Chinese have been treating for over 2000 years.
In 2015 after Jérôme had been actively providing solution and fighting malaria, drug dealers and owners of pharmaceutical companies began threatening him and he found himself in Madagascar.
2020 when the world is subject to a killer virus, it is his creativity and medical expertise that might just end up saving the world from COVID-19.
Credit can be given to the Malagasy President for believing in Dr. Jérôme, who’s actively present in the Malagasy health ministry. In as much as reports have confirmed that the treatment is valid and effective, so many countries are still quiet about the whole issue, so pending questions are can Madagascar actually save the world?
Madagascar, an Indian Ocean island nation of 26 million people, currently has 128 recorded cases of COVID-19 and no deaths. The herbal drink has not been scientifically tested and there’s no proof it works against COVID-19. But the president is enthusiastically promoting it.
