The founder’s names are Steve Chen, Chad Hurley, and Jawed Karim, who later sold it to Google Inc. for $1.65 billion and 15 years later, YouTube’s net worth is estimated to stand at $16 billion USD.

Nowadays, YouTube is a very popular site that someone at least knows something about, is either using it or heard someone talk about. It has more than 2 billion users according to 2019 statistics. Due to hits enormous audience and reach, it also serves as a great marketing tool where many ads are placed.
