Over the past few months, Madagascar’s President Andry Rajoelina, has been under serious scrutiny by the World Health Organization (WHO) after he announced that his country had discovered Covid Organics, the cure for the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), amidst the speculation and anticipation of possible vaccines.
However, the WHO has been critical about the whole issue as the international health body does not invest any confidence in traditional medication without scientific research. It becomes increasingly confusing because while the WHO is rejecting Madagascar’s Covid Organics, patients are reportedly recovering and no deaths are recorded so far in the African island.
So the random question is this:
Why is the WHO not confident about Madagascar’s Covid Organics and if scientific research is all that is needed, why are they not making a research already rather than kicking completely against what is seemingly saving lives? Is Africa that useless in the world’s eye?”
In any case, despite the WHO’s constant pressure, Mr Rajoelina is not slowing down his efforts for any reason. What do you think is the way forward?
