Why Most Artists Choose To Quit Other Record Labels To Establish Their Own Personal Labels

It is almost like  the new normal for artists to quit labels they are signed to and go ahead establish/create their own personal labels. This decision is always received with mixed feelings by people for different reasons.

Most artists are always bullied for falling out with their parent labels, but do we always take into consideration what causes them to call it quit? Quit is never in the same manner. Many just walk away without  drama but some always create a scene before quitting. This always depends on what transpired. However there are different scenarios and people react differently to issues. But what exactly will cause an artist to decide to create their own label?
