Popular Starboy Entertainment Icon, Ayo ‘Wizkid’ Balogun has revealed that his parents discovered that he was expecting a third son with his manager, Jada Pollock on social media. As crazy as it may sound, the 27-year-old Afropop singer made this revelation himself during an interview on Beat FM in Lagos when asked how he breaks the news of welcoming a child out of wedlock to his parents.
He replied, “The crazy thing is this last one. My parents just kinda found out online. My Mom just wants me to get married, stay with one woman and have babies but I’m 27 years old.”
Already a father to three sons, Wizkid is not stopping soon as he revealed on a radio show. Wizkid who is a father of three sons added that he wants to father another child, but this time, a girl.
“I’ve got three kids, three lovely boys that I love so much. I want a girl,” he said. All of the Nigerian Afropop superstar’s sons came from different women – Sola Ogudugu, Binta Diallo and Jada Pollock (his Manager).
The singer however wished he can keep his private life away from the prying eyes of his fans and media coverage. “I’m a private person. I like to keep my personal life out of the media as much as I can, there are superstars who have normal lives. You can control everything if you want to.” he said.
According to the superstar, Monogamy is not for him. While speaking on Urban 96.5 FM Lagos he reiterated that marriage is not his thing because he has a lot of women who are dear to his heart.
“I have no plans to get married except all the women that have ever been in my life agree to marry me at the same time.” – He says.
He also revealed that he has an upcoming collaboration with Nicki Minaj, a widely known American hip hop star. He said “I’ve got a couple of big ones [collaboration] coming up. I’ve got something with Nicki. To be honest, I’m just working on Wizkid and Starboy music: Terri, Spotless, Ceeza Milli.”
Wizkid further revealed that when he is old, he might relocate to Ghana. Let’s hope Wizkid also takes the “crème de la crème” among his numerous crushes, puts a ring on her finger and take her on a walk down the aisle.
