Ci Gusta Cameroun which just opened up a couple of months ago, is located in Yaounde at Quartier Fouda en route to Ngousso after the FNE.  It brags of a variety of flavors of ice creams/gelato’s, frozen ice-cream… you name it they’ve got it!
