This powerhouse which is notably the home of Cameroon’s biggest stars such as Daphne and more has every reason to celebrate its 5th birthday today as they have consistently continued to bless us with great music and have entertained millions of people globally over the yearrs. Steven’s Music celebrate’s its 5th Anniversary. On this day in 2013, we launched our record label with a simple mission: To bring the African experience to the world through music. We promised you music with “more soul, more meaning, more rhythm, less noise, less chaos”. Five years later, we are thrilled with the strides we have made and even more excited about the future.
OUR MUSIC has matured over time and we’ve found our voice among the many that celebrate the beauty in African music. We’ve stayed true to making music that is meaningful and reflective of our realities. Through our numerous music videos, we have proudly shown the world the beauty of our homeland. True to our promise, we have infused into our music, unique elements of our traditional sounds and collaborated with some of the best musicians of our music industry to create sounds that have succeeded in bridging the gap between the young and old.

We are blessed with four super talented artists currently led by Steven’s First lady Daphne. DAPHNE has led the charge in defining our sound and in so doing, has garnered the respect of music lovers across the world. She has collected numerous awards in recognition of her contribution to music. Daphne is currently on the first leg of her “African Invasion Tour”. We are excited to count Daphne as one of ours. Her most recent release is “Ne Lâches Pas”. A young prodigy, M-Pro is the kind of diamond in the rough that is sure to emerge as the most precious of stones. He has steadily perfected his craft, improving and gaining fans with every new release. His most recent release is “Gate”.
We were lucky to run into a recording of SHURA and were ecstatic when she agreed to sign with Steven’s. Two years later, she is completely disrupting the industry. Her rapid rise to the top is not surprising to us. We knew she had the pipes to challenge any singer in the industry and that her work rate was second to none.
Shura has a very promising future and we cannot wait to share more of her music with you. Shura recently completed a Collabo with Sidiki Diabate and Serge Beynaud and is about to embark on a two-country tour in Africa. Her recent releases are “Dis Moi Tout” and “Tranquille”.
BoyTAG! We had to sign BoyTAG. There was no denying his talents. He first featured on M-Pro’s “Showbiz” and it was a wrap. A rapper, singer-songwriter and producer, he ticked all the boxes.
He makes music that’s local with lots of international flare. BoyTAG is the next best thing in the Cameroon music scene and we believe it’s only a matter of time before he becomes a household name across Africa and the world. His most recent release is “Lumière”.
Our Fans are simply the best. We would not be here 5 years later without their continuous support. Their feedback has been invaluable to how we have shaped our music. However, it is their undying support with every release that we put out that has forced people around the world to embrace Steven’s and ensure we add one fan at a time with each release. We are forever grateful to our fans.

OUR CULTURE is our anchor. At Steven’s, we have stayed true to who we are, proud of our background/ upbringing and we’ve let that show in all aspects of our business.
