The homes of American music executive and rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs, were raided by the American law enforcement on Monday March 25, 2024. The rapper, and entrepreneur, has faced a series of varying accusations over the past six months.
It is reported that Sean Combs, 54, is being accused by two others for s€x trafficking. His Miami and California homes were recently raided by Homeland Security Investigations as reported by The Independent. As reported by Fox 11, the raids are “in connection with a federal sex trafficking investigation”.
In a statement issued on Monday shared by The Independent, Homeland Security said: “Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami and our local law enforcement partners.
“We will provide further information as it becomes available.”
In November 2023, Diddy was accused by singer and ex-lover Cassie whose real names are Casandra Ventura as she filed a lawsuit allegedly claiming that she was trafficked, raped and beaten on many occasions over 10 years.
Cassie claimed that as her relationship with Diddy was about to end after things had been unpleasant for her, he forced her into his home and raped her. Combs however refuted these accusations, saying he didn’t do any of the things he was being accused of. The lawsuit was settled a day after with both Combs and Cassie’s team saying they had come to an agreement amicably.
Another Lawsuit in December 2023, alleged that Combs had gang-raped a 17-year-old in 2003. The plaintiff in question, identified as Jane Doe accused Combs of plying her with drugs and alcohol in his New York studio and then raping her with her two associates.
In February 2024, a record producer came out, accusing Combs again for sexually assaulting him and forcing him to sleep with s€X workers.
NBC News cited an unnamed source as saying that three women and a man have been interviewed by federal officials in Manhattan. Three other interviews are scheduled in relations to allegations of sex trafficking, sexual assault, and the solicitation and distribution of illegal narcotics and firearms as reported by The Independent.
