The fans have inherited their idols conflicts and the bad energy resulting from this is so retarding to the growth of the industry as a whole. That is why an international artist would diss a Cameroonian artist and fellow Cameroonians who do not like a the dissed artist will go on to support an international artist instead of their own home artist who is being disrespected by the international artist. I hate to say this but this would never be seen among Nigerian artists! Nigerians have their internal issues but when it comes to dealing with the public, they stick together.
This proves to you that they (Cameroonians) love their favorite Cameroonian entertainers more than they love the industry.Had it not been so, they would at least support their home artist even if they didnt care too much for them simply because they want the entertainment industry to move forward.
If Jovi were nominated for a Grammy, no Stanley fan would vote for him because they don’t like Jovi and vice versa. This is not a joke or prank, it’s a fact and how does that grow the industry as a whole if people take sides? If fans could just put their industry first and their entertainers second we would have have a different outcome, but it is what it is!
The Comedy sector is one of those lone sectors that we have little conflicts and that explains why they are on the rise. The aim is uniquely to make and difference.
