SABIBOY RECORDS is at it again as THJ just got word that the record label is planning the release of yet another EP (3rd EP) by its artist Wan Shey 2018 is visibly the artist’s year as Wan Shey has been busy working on new songs and projects all year. Just as a recap, back in January 2018, Wan Shey released the official video for Status Update on YouTube which was widely well received by his fans and Cameroonian music critics. As a follow-up to this, in June, he released the song/official video for Status Update II: HoliWan Feat Young Holiday & N.A.T.

In September, he then released his long awaited Twin EP Project which consists of two EP projects namely CHOPCHAIR EP and SERENE EP. Here is what we know about the CHOPCHAIR and SERENE EP’s:
- CHOPCHAIR EP’s hip hop/Afro trap vibe is an in-depth breakdown of Wan Shey’s place, time and situation of birth. Very colorfully presented through tracks like Chopchair, Kimbo etc this particular project seeks to be the long awaited self-introduction the artist’s fans have been waiting for since he officially launched his career few years back.
- SERENE EP on the other hand is Wan Shey’s “NOW” playlist as it basically discloses his present state of mind and what is what in his life right now. The care and meticulousness in which the lyrics and the accompanying instrumentals come together is quite something. A process that goes forth to create a sound as only him can.
Now with his upcoming EP which is titled “Status Update III: THE EP”, it will give the public an inside look into the life of the man and into his deepest thoughts. This EP will comprise of three tracks which are:
