Rapper Askia has lost her unborn child. Askia’s husband (also and artist) who goes by the name of Rhyme Qilla on Facebook and Qilla Official on Instagram, took to his Facebook page today to make the official announcement as seen below:
If you recall, the two recently got married in August attended by Daphne Njie and the newlywed who many now call “The Njungi’s” announced shortly after that Askia was expecting their first child as rumors were already spreading about her being pregnant. Many were rooting for them and their new happy life as a married couple.

Especially for Askia, since she has been in the public eye quite often after parting ways with her former record label, Alpha Better Records. It is never an easy thing to go through the loss of anyone especially and unborn child so our condolences go out to them.
