The famous Snapchat which is an image sharing mobile app is taking a beating on social media by criticizers who said that the image sharing mobile app has filters that ligthens peoples skin. According to these criticizers, these skin ligthening apps send a message that lighter skin or complexion equates to beauty.
Okaaaay. I use Snapchat but never paid attention to this lightening filter. Honestly, even if it did have this lightening feature, to each their own. What do you think… Is Snapchat sending out a message that lighter is more beautiful?
