Popular messaging app Whatsapp is reportedly working on increasing group participants from 512 to 1024. As reported by WABetainfo, the main portal where you can discover news and real-time updates about WhatsApp, the feature will be released in the days ahead for testing before its official release by the company.
Whatsapp increased group participants from 256 to 512 in July 2022, a feature that is very functional today. While users are quite worried about how it will function with the doubling in group participant number, it’s reported that WhatsApp is working on new tools which will give group administrators more control with additional features such as a list of pending participants and will also enhance the approval system.
