7. A Manager Must Be Patient
An artist manager must be patient, especially when dealing with tough artists. Most artists are a pain in the ass especially at the peak of their career.The manager must be tolerant and patient. Not all artists have the same career goals, some, especially those who don’t just chase hits, they have completely long term goals and of course requires patience from their managers. The ones who don’t understand and can’t be patient will mess you up.
