We are going through very uncertain times right now, and God willing, everything will get back to normal sooner than later. So use this time wisely as you may never have it again. We live in such a fast paced world that prevents us from really knowing much about those we care about. Many parents can’t even tell you what their teenagers like because hey never spend time together. I get that people have to work to pay bills and might not have that time to spend with their loved ones, but people, remember that you can easily be replaced at work. We need to demand a form of work life balance for us to pay bills but still be in touch with our selves and our family.
What is two months (if this is how long it will take to contain coronavirus) of staying home (to self-isolate or quarantine) going to do to you when you will spend most of your adult life working and being busy like a robot? Being bored will most likely not apply to those who are at home without work or got laid off because of a company shutdown as they might be actively looking for work during this time and for those who have had to job hunt, it is like a full time job. We will talk about that in another time. To the others, please get out of the bubble you are living in and make the most out of this extra time you didn’t plan for.
