43-year old Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed has won the Nobel Peace Prize. It was awarded to Abiy Ahmed, for his major contribution in ending his country’s 20-year war with Eritrea.
The Prime Minister took to his Twitter page where he showed gratitude for being selected for the prestigious prize and was welcomed with many words of encouragement from his followers and many international bodies.

The 43-year old also received a congratulatory message on Twitter from the President of Rwanda, President Paul Kamage.
